Jimmy attended Auburn University and also holds a BS in Business Administration, an MBA, an MS in Finance, and an MS in Telecommunications from Murray State University . Jimmy transitioned to entrepreneurship, growing and scaling Laser Spine Institute into a $48M EBITDA national platform. He went on to lead Advanced Healthcare Partners and Regenerative Medicine Solutions to success. He is the founder and CEO of Franchise123, a digital franchise marketplace, and AliRx, a membership-based food sensitivity service. He is also a decorated athlete with four national rowing medals and formerly played in the NFL as a Tight End for the Tennessee Titans
Henry holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and dual bachelor's degrees from the University of Southern Maine and Sewanee. Most recently, as Senior Director of FP&A at Tend, he led finance and business intelligence, overseeing financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives, including market planning, site selection, and performance improvement. He also played a key role in capital raising efforts, managing investor outreach and diligence. With deep expertise in financial planning and strategic partnerships, Henry brings a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
Russell brings nearly a decade of M&A experience to his role at Agentis Longevity. Prior to joining Agentis, he served as Head of Legal at Heyday, a direct-to-consumer brand aggregator. He began his career as an M&A attorney at Kirkland & Ellis, advising private equity sponsors and public companies on complex transactions, and later joined Whirlpool Corporation, where he continued his legal practice, assisting with strategic transactions, M&A and financings. Russell holds a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a B.S. in Accounting from Juniata College.
Rachel is a former consultant turned operator, and has specialized in digital strategy, customer engagement, and operational innovation. At Deloitte, she led growth strategy initiatives across the Retail, Consumer Products, and Financial Services sectors, driving stakeholder value and crafting executive-level content. She has spearheaded market analysis and customer strategies and is has a proven track record of driving process improvement and customer engagement. She holds her MBA from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Baylor University.
Chris is a Partner at Shore Capital and serves on the boards of several healthcare and service-focused organizations, including Innovate 32, Empower Aesthetics, and Southern Orthodontic Partners. With a career spanning roles at Quad-C Management, Boston Consulting Group, Wind Point Partners, and UBS Investment Banking, Chris brings deep expertise in private equity, strategic growth, and operational leadership.
Logan is a Vice President at Shore Capital and serves on the boards of Empower Aesthetics and PartnerCare. He brings a strong background in private equity and investment banking, with prior experience at RoundTable Healthcare Partners and Barclays Investment Banking Division. Logan specializes in driving strategic growth and value creation in healthcare-focused businesses.
Michael is the Chief of Strategy and Talent Development at Shore Capital and serves on the boards of Point C, Southern Orthodontic Partners, Therapy Partners Group, and Great Lakes Dental Partners. He is also a faculty member at Vanderbilt University. With prior leadership roles at Narus Health, Paradigm Health, and Theraphysics, Michael brings extensive experience in healthcare strategy, talent development, and organizational leadership.
Dino is an accomplished executive with a track record of driving growth and operational success. As CEO of Behavioral Innovations, he led Shore's ABA therapy platform to a successful exit at a 6.7x CoC return. Dino serves on the board of Community Care Partners, Shore's 100-location urgent care platform, and as SVP for Shore's 300+ location veterinary business. Previously, he was CFO of MedExpress and Provista, where he provided strategic financial leadership in healthcare-focused organizations.
David is the LID of Empower Aesthetics, Shore’s medspa platform, and a seasoned investor with extensive experience in people-led, consumer services businesses. He owns and invests in numerous multi-site food and consumer services franchises and has served as Chairman of the International Franchise Association and Domino’s Pizza China. David also serves on various franchisor and franchisee boards, leveraging his expertise to drive growth and operational excellence.
Dylan is the COO of BrightView, Shore’s addiction treatment platform, where he leads operations and strategic growth. Previously, he served as Vice President at Orchard Holdings Group, a private investment firm focused on sustainable, long-term growth. Dylan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from the University of Cincinnati.
George is the COO of Mixlab, a veterinary compounding pharmacy, where he oversees operations and growth.
