My Agentis login isn't working. What do I do?

Email us at info@agentislongevity.com. You'll get an automatic confirmation, and our team will follow up within 24–48 hours. This is the escalation path for anything on the Agentis side.

I'm having trouble with the Ultrahuman app, login, or lab platform. What do I do?

For anything related to the Ultrahuman app, account access, or the lab platform, contact Ultrahuman Support directly:

Ultrahuman login

Ultrahuman only gives me the option to sign in with Apple or Google. What do I do?

Ultrahuman authenticates accounts using Apple or Google Sign-In:

  • If your email is an Apple ID (e.g., used for Apple Pay), tap “Sign in with Apple.”
  • If it's a Google account, tap “Sign in with Google.”
  • If your email isn't linked to either, link it to an Apple ID or Google account, then sign in.
  • Or restart using a personal email that's already tied to Apple or Google.

  • Coordinate lab testing and clinical care
  • Let your licensed provider review your health information
  • Improve your experience on the Agentis platform

Do you sell my personal health information?

No. Agentis does not sell your personal health information. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data and comply with applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA where applicable. Who is eligible for longevity therapies through Agentis?

Longevity therapies are available following lab work and a clinical evaluation with a licensed provider.

Do I need to complete lab work before treatment?

Yes. Lab work and a clinical evaluation with a licensed provider are required before any treatment recommendations can be made.

Is the information on this website medical advice?

No. It is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

Have these therapies been evaluated by the FDA?

No. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Where do Agentis peptide medications come from?

Peptide therapies are dispensed exclusively through licensed, U.S.-based, FDA-compliant compounding pharmacies.

Are peptide therapies available in every state?

No. Availability depends on current federal and state regulations and may change over time.

Why can't I access peptide therapy in my state?

Some states have regulatory restrictions. For example, availability in California and Ohio may be limited or unavailable based on evolving regulations.

Can I still complete the assessment if lab collection isn't available in my state?

Yes. You can complete the assessment and continue through the experience. If Ultrahuman lab collection isn't available where you live, you'll be offered alternatives, such as uploading existing lab results. Ultrahuman lab work is unavailable in New York and New Jersey, where you may upload labs into the Ultrahuman app.

Why are some services unavailable in certain states?

Healthcare regulations vary by state and continue to evolve, so some lab services and therapies may not be available everywhere. Agentis follows all applicable federal and state requirements for patient safety and compliance.

Billing & cancellation

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel a continuing membership anytime from the Agentis app. Because the assessment includes lab work and any shipped protocol kits may contain compounded prescriptions that cannot be returned, refund eligibility depends on where you are in the process.

Is the assessment HSA or FSA eligible?

The assessment and membership are generally HSA and FSA eligible, and itemized receipts are provided for reimbursement. Eligibility applies to qualifying services and depends on your plan, so confirm with your plan administrator.

How often should I get my labs done?

Agentis recommends testing every three months to track progress, measure your response to treatment, and keep optimizing your plan. That's four assessments a year, alternating comprehensive and focused panels:

  • Month 0: Comprehensive (Robust) panel
  • Month 3: Focused (Trim Down) panel
  • Month 6: Comprehensive (Robust) panel
  • Month 9: Focused (Trim Down) panel

What's included in the panel?

Your panel measures 60+ biomarkers across the systems that drive healthspan, grouped by domain: heart health, metabolism and blood sugar, hormones, thyroid, inflammation, kidney and liver, blood health (CBC), and nutrition and recovery.
